Hermes Agent Desktop Update: Profile Scoping & Skill Browser

The capabilities tab in Hermes Agent Desktop received a major upgrade. Users can now scope the entire set of skills, tools, and MCPs to a specific profile/bot, and install skills directly through a skills browser.
