Harvard's COMPASS model predicts immunotherapy response from tumors

Harvard researchers developed COMPASS, a pan-cancer foundation model. It predicts patient response to immunotherapy based on their tumors and identifies the underlying biology driving that response. The work is featured in the September issue of Harvard Magazine.
