Open source project wraps SearxNG for zero-cost, private AI agent web search

A developer released ask-search, an open-source tool that wraps the self-hosted SearxNG metasearch engine to enable AI Agents to aggregate results from Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and others. This solution aims to address high costs of commercial search APIs and privacy leaks from built-in searches, supporting local agent environments like OpenClaw and Claude Code.
