MusCoRe protocol cuts agent history tokens by 71.9%, targeting edge inference on Pi 5

The author released MusCoRe, a protocol using color-frequency tokens to compress agent conversation history, achieving a 71.9% token reduction on 24-turn histories. The goal is to bypass memory bandwidth bottlenecks in KV Cache, enabling agentic inference on CPU-only devices like Raspberry Pi 5 or N100 mini PCs. Hardware owners are invited to run benchmarks to validate if this eliminates GPU dependency for small models.
