Ollama integrates DeepSeek Harness for local agent framework execution

Ollama now supports the DeepSeek Harness, allowing developers to run the agent framework locally via ollama launch dsh. It comes with web search pre-installed. DeepSeek Harness v0.1 is available in Developer Preview under the MIT license. Built on the Cordis meta-framework, its core idea is that 'everything is a plugin,' enabling models, tools, skills, sessions, and orchestration to be mixed, matched, and extended.
