Claude Code gets 'find-skills' to auto-discover and install required tools
dr_cintas · x · 2026-08-16
A new package called 'find-skills' has been introduced for Claude Code, enabling the AI to autonomously find and install the necessary skills for a given task.
Instead of manually searching the registry, users simply describe their goal in plain English. The system scans the ecosystem, maps the task to the correct skills, and sets them up automatically. This removes the friction of discovering relevant tools for specific workflows.
