New AI Text Detection Method: Hash-Matching Frequency Identifies Generated Content

A discussion on a detection method for AI-generated text: check each word to see if it meets hash-matching criteria, and if the frequency is implausibly high, it's a sign of AI generation. However, this only works for fairly long passages, with a tradeoff between quality degradation and robustness/minimum passage length.
