Nvidia and OpenAI are nearing a deal to finance a 10GW data-center campus in Ohio. The revised agreement reportedly lowers Nvidia's initial guarantee to cover half of the planned campus instead of the full amount, reducing the potential financial commitment from $250 billion to less than $120 billion.
