JAX-QNN Released: Run JAX Computations on Qualcomm NPUs

JAX-QNN, an open-source native backend for JAX, has been released to run computations directly on Qualcomm Snapdragon hardware accelerators (Hexagon NPU, Adreno GPU, Oryon CPU) via the OpenXLA PJRT C API. Standard JAX code can be compiled into native Qualcomm execution graphs. Benchmarks on Snapdragon X Elite (45 TOPS NPU) show over 5x speedups for tasks like Transformer self-attention compared to the CPU.
