2Dmol: Vector Molecule Rendering Tool via Pure CPU

The developer introduced 2Dmol, noting it uses no GPU rasterization. Every element is a flat 2D shape composed on the CPU, producing true vector art exportable to SVG for editing. Support for "3D" rendering has also been added.
