Abacus.AI CEO spends 25% of payroll on AI tokens, expects 200% within months

Bindu Reddy, founder of Abacus.AI, argues most companies are massively under-spending on AI — and aiming at the wrong target: the goal isn't driving AI costs down but maximizing AI ROI.
She offers her own company as evidence: with about 170 employees, token spend already equals 25% of payroll, she's happy for it to overtake payroll, and expects it to reach 200% within 5-6 months.
