Nvidia Cuts OpenAI Data Center Guarantee to Under $120B

WSJ reports that Nvidia is reducing its proposed OpenAI data-center guarantee from $250B to below $120B to lower initial balance-sheet exposure. The revised backstop covers only the first 5GW of a planned 10GW Ohio campus, converting the massive guarantee into a staged financing decision.
