Open-source video model MAGI-2-preview released: 114B MoE architecture

MAGI-2-preview open-weight model released. It features a 114B MoE architecture with 6B active parameters, claimed as the first MoE video model. While too large for desktop GPUs, it includes a 14GB refiner that upscales results to 1080p. The author speculates this refiner might serve as a replacement for the unreleased H3 refiner.
