Qwen Endless Loop Bug and Potential Fix

A user discovered that the Qwen model enters an infinite thinking loop when processing a specific PQ Gamma curve request. By setting a --reasoning-budget limit, the loop can be terminated successfully to generate results, reducing the time from over 15 minutes to about one minute.
