NVIDIA Partners with Indonesian University to Open First AI Center, Boosting Local Talent

Indonesia's Ministry of Communication, Indosat, NVIDIA, and Universitas Gadjah Mada launched the UGM Indosat NVIDIA AI Technology Center, the country's first university-based AI center. It will provide NVIDIA's full-stack AI platform and GPU Merdeka services, focusing on healthcare, agriculture, and disaster response with projects like AI-based TB screening and precision farming.
