Huawei adopts HBF and other techniques to mitigate HBM shortage

To address the HBM shortage, Huawei is implementing several new technologies: 1. WideEP; 2. NPO for large-scale domains; 3. HBF (High Bandwidth Flash) for storing weights; 4. LPDDR for offloading weights for prefill; 5. CXL for memory pooling.
