Actual to Integrate Hermes: Sandboxed Local Agent Workstation

Actual is coming soon with Hermes integration the other way around. Installing Actual will provide a sandboxed, fresh, and isolated Hermes environment out of the box, without access to existing envs or configs. This is likely the easiest way to set up a new workstation for use with local agents.
