Xiaohongshu Open-Sources 'dots3-note' Model That Scored Perfect at IMO

Xiaohongshu has open-sourced the 'dots3-note' model checkpoint, which achieved a perfect score of 42 at this year's IMO. Weights are available on Hugging Face under Apache 2.0 license. The model can reportedly be run with 8 H100 GPUs.
