Opinion: Multi-track-first workflow for managing AI video footage

AI video generation creates the problem of having too much footage. A multi-track-first workflow is recommended: generate scenes in batches, import them into CapCut PC, and arrange them on a timeline. This allows viewing the actual story holistically and quickly identifying what to keep, fix, or cut, rather than judging clips in isolation.
