MCPay: HTTP 402 payments for AI agents without human checkout

A developer builds MCPay to explore how AI agents can pay for APIs without human intervention. It uses HTTP 402 with a challenge-response flow, where agents sign requests with Ed25519 capability keys and gateways verify before execution. Early prototype seeking feedback.
