A freelancer shares experience restructuring creative workflow with AI agents: his 'creative team' now consists of himself (creative director) and six agents (copy, video, design, music, revisions), while he handles QA, client management, and IT. Although manual handoffs are reduced, he spends more time catching weird mistakes like continuity changes, incorrect details, or agents reinterpreting instructions. He finds the tradeoff worth it because handoffs were the biggest time sink. But AI still hasn't solved having a real coworker who says 'that idea isn't good'; every agent tells him it's great.
