Thrive Capital is pursuing a minority equity stake sale, structured similarly to its 2023 deal in which the firm sold a 3.3% stake to Bob Iger, Mukesh Ambani and others in exchange for a $175 million investment, per a reporter's scoop. Thrive, founded by Josh Kushner, is one of OpenAI's most prominent investors.
