China's delivery robot rides the elevator itself, wirelessly calling its floor

A user tracked a delivery robot in China as it took the elevator to deliver water and returned to the lobby, navigating with cameras. Puzzled how it pressed buttons with no arms, he asked the staff and learned the robot is connected to the lift — via Bluetooth or WiFi — and can wirelessly signal the elevator to select a floor.
