AI Should Augment Leaders, Not Replace Their Judgment

AI is a powerful tool, but it shouldn't replace the work only leaders can do. Use it to challenge thinking, stay curious, and move faster, not to outsource judgment, empathy, or strategy. The best leaders won't compete with AI; they'll lead alongside it.
