Vercel open-sources Foreman: four-station AI software factory with cross-vendor review to prevent collusion

Vercel released Foreman, an open-source software factory template, splitting the dev loop into four stations: classifier, analyst, implementer, reviewer, each in its own sandbox. Reviewer runs on a different model vendor to prevent collusion. Currently 340 stars on GitHub.
