N=1 test finds Alpha-State IPA affects alpha brain waves; Codex ran the EEG analysis

Developer melnykowycz ran an N=1 self-experiment with IDUN Guardian EEG earbuds: after drinking IDUN Tech's Alpha-State IPA, his alpha brain waves appeared to be affected.
The data analysis was run quickly on OpenAI Codex with EEG skills. He's now asking followers which beer to test next — a half-serious quantified-self experiment that also demos an agent-driven EEG analysis workflow.
