xAI has launched Grok Bot (early beta), an AI 'colleague' that can sign in to your tools and apps, operate them like a human, and return with finished work.
- Task delegation: Assign tasks to Bots like a teammate on desktop or iOS; they handle projects end-to-end, retain context, learn over time, and check back when approval is needed.
- Parallel work: Create multiple Bots for different tasks (project, outbound, systems); they work in parallel, collaborate where sensible, and run 24/7.
- Workflow learning: Demonstrate a workflow once, and the Bot saves it as a routine and runs it autonomously next time. Bots share context and get smarter over time.
- Bot collaboration: Multiple Bots in a thread can pass work between themselves, reducing step-by-step approvals.
