Indie dev builds DIY 'Agentic Team OS' OpsLayer after outgrowing Telegram

Developer Simon Hoiberg shared OpsLayer, a self-built "Agentic Team OS": chat plus project board, files and knowledge base, secure API calls with approval, secrets management (the AI never sees the keys), eval and guardrail management, plus a desktop client and an Android app. He says he slowly outgrew Telegram and built this for himself and his team; whether it gets open-sourced is still up in the air.

Jonathan Wilke, quoting him, put it bluntly: "I really like this, but I don't want to build it myself — this should be a product I can just use." The exchange hints at a broader gap: as multi-agent workflows become routine, generic chat tools fall short on secrets, approvals, and evals.
