SPRIND (German Federal Agency for Disruptive Innovation) has officially launched the Next Frontier Robotics challenge, aiming to advance European multi-purpose robotics to counter global competitors like the US and China.
- Deadline: October 22, 2026 (open to EU/EFTA/UK entities).
- Funding: Stage 1 offers €1M for platforms and €2.4M for hardware; teams can receive up to €7.2M in total funding by Stage 4.
