Gemini 3.7 Flash Matches Claude 3.5 Sonnet in Devin at Half the Cost

Cognition announced that Gemini 3.7 Flash is now available in Devin. According to their internal FrontierCode 1.1 benchmark—which evaluates models on real engineering tasks by quality and mergeability—Gemini 3.7 Flash scored 56.3, essentially tying with Claude 3.5 Sonnet's 56.2.
The model retains the low latency of the Flash series at less than half the cost of Sonnet. Users can also get an extra 50% discount on Gemini 3.7 Flash inside Devin Desktop and Devin CLI through August 27.
