Ramp Data: Anthropic Surpasses OpenAI in Enterprise Adoption

Ramp's July data reveals that Anthropic's adoption among eligible U.S. businesses has reached 43.5%, overtaking OpenAI at 39.7%.
However, Anthropic's surge isn't driven by its newest flagship model, which accounts for only 6% of total token usage. The premium pricing—at roughly twice the cost of competitors—is likely the main bottleneck preventing wider enterprise adoption of the newer model.
