xiaohu · x · 2026-08-14
MiniMax has announced the open-source release of its Music 3.0 model. The model can generate a complete 5-minute song—including intro, chorus, and bridge—in 32kHz stereo from just lyrics and a style prompt.
It is highly accessible, requiring only a single GPU with 8GB VRAM to run. MiniMax has also open-sourced 1,000 prompt templates and a lyric expansion skill alongside the model.
