Elon Musk Teases Grok 4.6 Tied to Build Harness, Web Config Leaks Hidden Models

Elon Musk revealed that the upcoming Grok 4.6 is highly optimized for the Grok Build harness, warning that the experience will be significantly worse without it. He advised developers to evaluate the model directly within the Build environment.
Additionally, the linked web configuration code leaked some of xAI's current model roadmap and hidden items. While Grok 3 remains the default, models like grok-latest, grok-4-auto, and grok-3-mini-companion are marked as hidden in the backend, likely reserved for internal testing or upcoming releases.
