AI Brain Diagnostic Startup Hemispheric Raises $52M

Israeli AI startup Hemispheric has raised $52 million to develop technology that decodes human brain waves for medical diagnosis. The company has built a massive database containing data from 100,000 subjects and a quarter of a million hours of brain activity.
Its AI system aims to diagnose conditions including depression, PTSD, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s in just 15 minutes. The goal is to provide clinicians with objective insights to better measure symptoms and personalize treatments.
