A working paper by visiting researchers at OpenAI analyzes over 17 million ChatGPT Enterprise messages from more than 1,500 organizations to document real-world generative AI adoption.
By linking account records with worker roles, task classifications, and public financial data, the study provides a privacy-preserving, large-scale assessment. Key findings include:
