Yi Ma to Keynote at NUS, Advocating for a Mathematical Foundation of AI

Renowned computer vision scholar Yi Ma announced he will visit the National University of Singapore (NUS) from August 16-19 to deliver an opening keynote and tutorial at the Workshop on Mathematical Foundations of AI Models organized by IMS.
He advocates that it is high time for the mathematical community to tackle the challenge of developing a rigorous, systematic mathematical foundation for Intelligence, much like was done for Physics in the past.
