H3 Model Tested: Generates 10s 480p Video in 10 Mins on 12GB VRAM

According to a Reddit case study shared on X, the H3 video generation model can produce a 10-second, 832x480 resolution video in about 10 minutes using only 12GB of VRAM.
Tests also indicate that increasing the number of Steps significantly improves output quality, with 25 Steps yielding the best visual results.
