Heron Power announced its first large-scale factory in Morgan Hill, California, with over $100M investment to convert a 286,000 sq ft warehouse into a manufacturing facility for Heron Link, a 5MW medium-voltage power conversion system for energy and AI data center projects. The factory aims to produce up to 10,000 units per year (over 40GW), roughly 75% of new US grid capacity added in 2025, creating 600+ jobs, with mass production slated for late 2027.
