Tripwire: Open-Source Proxy to Monitor Coding Agents and Stop Infinite Loops

A developer has introduced Tripwire from a hackathon, a proxy tool designed to sit between coding agents and the Anthropic API.
It logs token usage and costs for every prompt in real-time. If the agent gets stuck in an unproductive loop, users can simply flip a switch to halt the process. Requiring only a single installation, it works seamlessly across all projects, enhancing the stability and control of AI coding workflows.
