MiniMax H3 on RTX 5060 Ti: 8 Minutes per Clip with Multi-Shot Continuity
nikhilprasanth · reddit · 2026-08-14
A developer tested the MiniMax H3 Ref2VA Turbo workflow using ComfyUI on an RTX 5060 Ti. At a 0.5MP resolution (960×544) and 8 sampling steps, the setup averages 55 seconds per iteration, taking about 8 minutes to generate a video clip.
The author also shared a continuity trick for multi-shot generation: split long scenes into 20-second segments. For subsequent generations, feed the actual last frame of the previous clip back into the model as the new environment reference to maintain background consistency across shots.
