Claude Code desktop adds browser pane: select elements and edit with natural language

Claude Code desktop's Browser pane now allows users to select any element (⌘⇧S) and describe changes. Claude reads DOM elements, React components, and styles before making edits, and supports drawing on the page as context. This feature greatly simplifies design tweaking.
