OpenAI open-sources internal agent harness NAC, powers significant code commits

OpenAI announced the open-sourcing of NAC (Not Another Coder), an internal agent harness designed for long-running, asynchronous, and hands-off tasks. Used daily by the research team since April, NAC has powered a significant portion of code commits in pre-training, post-training, and data pipelines over the past three months, often driven remotely from phones. Started as an internal side project by @stochasticchasm, it was quickly adopted and polished, and is now available to everyone.
