XPeng's VLA 2.0 Mileage Surpasses Human Driving, Unifies Spatial AI

In a recent interview, Liu Jianglin, Head of XPENG's General Intelligence Center, revealed that the company has mass-produced its VLA 2.0 model over the past 12 months. In its first month of launch in China, the model accounted for 50.4% of total driving mileage, surpassing human driving mileage for the first time.
XPENG also aims to build a unified spatial AI foundation for autonomous cars, humanoid robots, and flying vehicles. The company plans to roll out its NGP (Navigation Guided Pilot) globally by 2027 and has already begun road testing in Europe.
