Gemini 3.7 Flash Jumps to #9 on Text Arena with Major Category Gains

In the latest Text Arena leaderboard, Gemini 3.7 Flash (High) landed at #9 with 1490 points, a notable improvement from the previous 3.6 Flash (High) ranking of #16.
The model showed strong improvements across all categories: Creative Writing jumped to #3 (from #12), Math to #4 (from #7), Instruction Following to #9 (from #17), and Multi-Turn to #10 (from #21). Its overall score now closely trails Qwen-3.8 (Max) at 1491 pts and Claude Opus 5 (Max) at 1493 pts.
