Qwen Launches Cainiao Agent for Conversational Package Shipping

The Qwen open platform recently launched the Cainiao Agent. Users can simply @Cainiao in the Qwen chat and specify their shipping needs (item type, price expectations, pickup time), and the agent will automatically match the best courier service.
The agent can answer shipping policy questions, identify large items to recommend specialized carriers, and auto-fill addresses based on historical records, greatly simplifying the traditional manual shipping process.
