YC-Backed Risklytics Launches to Insure AI Companies Against Exclusions
ycombinator · x · 2026-08-14
Y Combinator (S26) has backed Risklytics, a new insurance brokerage tailored for companies putting AI to work, from software teams to robot fleets.
Traditional insurers have started excluding AI from policies this year, meaning claims can be denied if AI touched the work anywhere. Risklytics aims to bridge this gap by placing operational risks with carriers that actually want this business, offering coverage across General Liability, Tech E&O, Cyber Liability, and Equipment.
