The Decoder · rss · 2026-08-14
DeepSeek has officially moved its flagship V4-Pro model out of the testing phase. Simultaneously, the company open-sourced its agent software, Harness v0.1, under the MIT license.
API prices have also been increased, with cache hit costs jumping to six times their previous rates. This represents a significant cost increase for agent workflows that repeatedly read the same files.
