MiniMax has released Music 3 with open weights, claiming SOTA song generation. The model combines an 8B LLM with a 2.7B DiT architecture to turn prompts and lyrics into full songs. It is compatible with Hugging Face Diffusers and ComfyUI, capable of running on consumer GPUs.
