Following the controversy over Meta's mass layoffs and forced reassignment of engineers to data labeling roles, tech blogger Gergely Orosz revealed the chaotic aftermath.
According to internal reports, Meta is now attempting to retain resigning employees by offering MASSIVE counter-offers. However, most staff are refusing the deals, instead using the inflated offers to negotiate even higher salaries at new jobs.
