Dynatrace to Acquire AI Observability Leader Arize for $915M

Observability giant Dynatrace has signed a definitive agreement to acquire AI observability leader Arize in a cash and stock transaction valued at $915 million.
The acquisition aims to build a comprehensive AI application lifecycle solution bridging development and production. It will connect AI engineering evaluation tools with underlying infrastructure monitoring, enabling developers to better debug and optimize LLM and agent behavior. AI observability is projected to become a $10 billion market by 2030.
